Beginning in 1929, all Paramount caps produced in the United States were built on a Large block, designed to fit most American men comfortably. However, as international size standards and production shifted, this standard size shrank and settled on a Medium block with a size range from SM - XL. In contrast, its fair to say the Americans are not smaller than we were in 1929. This is why, after 20 years, Paramount is pleased to reintroduce the American Standard that made Paramount the preeminent leader in headwear so many years ago. Built on a men's size large block, the AMERICAN FIT caps are designed to comfortably fit sizes MD - 2X.
