Based on Middle Eastern fashion, we are bringing skull caps to the West! Skullcaps, also known as kufi hats are widely worn in parts of Africa and Asia.

We love our organic materials, and this is made from 93% Silk!

One of the things we really focus on is comfort for our wearers, so we have also added 6% Nylon and 1% Polyethylene to give that extra stretch.

This silk kufi is ethically made here in Osaka Japan by a small family business, who make each hat by hand with love. Suitable for all genders.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Please wash your item only by hand and sparingly with a mild detergent for delicate fabrics that does not contain bleach, in lukewarm water. Then wash gently for 2-3 minutes; then allow the garment to soak for a further 3-5 minutes. Do not wring or twist your silk garment while it is in the water as silk weakens when wet and the cap may lose its shape. Also, do not let it soak in the water for a long time as this may cause the color to fade. After soaking, rinse the detergent under cold running water. To dry, please do not put in the dryer under any circumstances, but after washing, roll your product in a towel, squeeze gently, do not wring, until the excess water is out and as silk dries quickly, place on a flat surface in a shaded area and leave to dry away from direct sunlight.
